Making the SharpBodies website fit for purpose for future growth

A classic case of needing to bring a tired old website right up-to-date with a fresh style and new life.

Tim Sharp has been in the business of bodybuilding, personal training and nutrition for many years, in Essex. He has had some amazing celebrity clients over his career and many success stories to show off his skills and expertise. But, his website was seriously letting him down… in what is obviously a very image conscious marketplace.

We were delighted to be asked to work on this project - design and building a brand new website from scratch - to help Tim market his services and bring in (hopefully) a whole list of new clients.

Using a newly created logo and branding, and some really nicely shot professional photographs, we were able to design and develop a strong visual identity for his new website… which would project his professionalism and expertise to new clients.

Although the requirements for this site were relatively simple, Tim has loads of good content to share - including write-ups, photos and videos - which serve as great marketing collateral to help the search engines do their thing.

The success of any website, we believe, is in its simplicity to help customers get from A to B…. from first arrival, to saying "Yes please!". We think we have achieved just that, with this new site for Tim. We hope you agree.

As always, we've used ExpressionEngine to look after the content management side of the equation. The whole site will be easily grown in the future and all content is easily added/edited by Tim himself, whenever he likes.
